1-Create scheduled (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) reports and ad-hoc reports as needed according to priority given by the Manager/Team Lead.
2-Upload/work with developers to upload data for online dashboards in a timely manner.
3-Work with stakeholders to understand their metrics/reporting needs.
4-Maintain/update tracker according to prioritization provided by Manager/Team Lead.
5-Communicate any delays/issues to Team Lead in a timely manner.
6-Maintain last distributed version of all reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or ad hoc) and their working files on the RTP NAS drive.
7-Build relationship with stakeholders from whom we have to get the data/analysis/work done and plan proactively to get the work done by/before deadlines.
8-Setup reports in Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint as assigned based on approved SAC templates/calculations.
9-Update report logic proactively to avoid report work.
10-Audit dashboards and work of other BAs as assigned.

Did periodic financial statements analysis of US energy companies along with collection and maintenance of other corporate and financial data published on our company’s website.
Managing the data module/product so that it will help our user to make easy decisions. My work also includes making our data easy to understand by knowing our client need and to make things in a way where client feel easy to deal with.
