Manage the student life cycle from registration/admission to leaving and assist with recruitment, public or alumni relations and marketing activities. Participate in the development of future information systems, contribute to policy, planning and communicate with partner institutions, other institutions, external agencies, government departments and prospective students. Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management, maintain electronic and hard copy filing system Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, perform scan documents, assist in resolving any administrative problems, run company’s errands to post office and office supply store and answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries. Also manage the maintenance of company vehicles.
