• Performing the duties of HOD Electrical Department
• Executing and maintaining daily check list of electrical installations and keeping all the
records up to date
• Fulfilling all the compliance requirements regarding electrical safety for PRIMARK, SEDEX and ISO audit
• Executing a schedule of preventive maintenance for all the electrical installation and utilities
• Routine checking and troubleshooting of all the Generators (200KVA, 475KVA and 100KVA) and compressors (15KW, 30KW and 37KW)
• Procurement of Electrical Equipments
• Organizing the budget of electrical department
• Working on energy saving projects and introducing new ideas for better energy efficiency
• Execution and monitoring the protection system of electrical appliances and utilities
• Installing and maintaining HVAC system.

• Daily Inspection of Electrical System including Extruders, Injection Molding Machines,
Transformers , Diesel Generators and Electrical Panels and troubleshooting where
necessary
• Maintaining all the records of electrical maintenance by creating daily reports of machines
Installation and troubleshooting of Siemens, Mitsubishi and Fatek Programmable Logic
Controllers (PLC)
• Designing a program for FATEK PLC according to the machine requirement by using
WinPro Ladder V3.11
• Installation and programming of invertors (Winner, Puma) for heavy machines
• Design and installation of automatic control using timers and relays
• Completing all the task in annual maintenance by leading a team in elegant way

• Monitoring & Handling the operation of the 8 bulb type Turbine units Each of 23 MW
capacity
• Testing of different protection relays with Secondary Injection Test Set Sverker 750
• Operating & Troubleshooting Siemens PLC’s
• Operating AVR System
• Analyzing Governor System
• Testing and operating different Sensors, Transducers and Gauges
• Working on Generator and Transformer Protections
• Annual Maintenance of Power Plant
