Having dedicated over 17 years to education, I have honed my skills in delivering engaging training sessions, adapting content to diverse audiences, and fostering interactive learning environments. My experience as a Training Specialist at American Board of Certification for Teacher Education (ABCTE) under (Professional Teaching knowledge) PTK Project Where I was responsible for training 800 Govt teachers, principals, and vice principals of ICT to enhance their pedagogy skills and Training Officer at organizations such as Right To Play, JICA and Secours Islamique France and other organizations has equipped me with the expertise needed to excel in this role.
In my previous roles, I have successfully conducted 8 days of training sessions for Govt teachers, principals, and vice principals to enhance their pedagogy skills and professional teaching knowledge, TOTs on various topics, developed training materials, and facilitated discussions to ensure effective communication among participants, not only in TOTs but advocacy in hard tough rural areas of Pakistan for women empowerment through education and skills. I have also engaged with government stakeholders across Pakistan. I worked with DCTE, DPD (PITE), and other organizations for NFE curriculum, teaching-learning material development, assessment and certification mechanisms, and teachers training, demonstrating my ability to collaborate with diverse partners and navigate complex environments.
Report writing is always part of my job and in a personal capacity, I write English/Urdu articles thats why I have strong writing skills along with effective communication skills in English, Urdu, and Pashto. I am excited about the prospect of contributing to your mission and leveraging my skills to support the program's expansion and success.
With LLB, Master, and MPhil degrees in education (with research on peace education and conflict resolution skills), and well-equipped to meet the requirements of the role. Additionally, my familiarity with the National Curriculum of Pakistan and Education Sector Plans further complements my qualifications for this position.

· Meetings with government officials, agencies, NGOs, and prospective clients to explore American Board training opportunities.
· Prepare comprehensive reports on training progress, participant engagement, and outcomes.
· Conducts needs assessments and aligns training programs with project goals.
· Leads child protection, soft skills, and life-skills development through sports training sessions.

• Organizing and Conducting TOTs and trainings for counterpart staff and teachers of NFE centers and madrassahs in selected target / pilot area for quality delivery of ALPs adult literacy and skill programmes as well as provide on job continued professional development support to teachers.
Administration & Logistic Support:
• Manage office accounts, administrative functions and all logistic support of the activities.
Developing All Kind of Materials for Trainings:
• Designing training manuals for ALPs (Primary and Elementary and adult literacy and skill programmes as well as other course such as remedial and digital learning programmes.
• Establishment of teachers of teachers training units/cells at provincial, district and local level.
• Development of Pre and Post evaluation questionnaire / tools and administer the said tools during trainings and TOTs.
• Organizing training of trainers (TOT) and trickle-down training of teachers in Province.
Documentation and Report Writing:
• Develop training reports and build capacity of counterpart staff in development such report.
Monitoring & Evaluation Visits:
• Provide support in conducting baseline surveys and research studies in piolet areas.
• Regular monitoring and mentoring visits to ALP center and Middle Tech centers to identify the gaps and further redesign trainings.
Conducting Trainings & Awareness Sessions:
• Support provincial training manager in conducting all kind of ALP trainings including PSEA, GBV & Health and hygiene.
• To provide on job training and mentoring support to the ALP teachers in the district/field.
• Conducting Professional Developments Days on monthly basis.
Monitoring & Mentoring:
• Regular Monitoring and mentoring visits to all ALP Centers to ensure quality education and effectiveness of trainings.
Documentation & Reports Writing:
• Regular preparation of training and monitoring reports.
Documentation and checking event reports, monthly reports, quarter reports and annual reports.
Trainings & Awareness Workshops:
• Conduct Teacher Training Workshops for School Teachers (Formal Education, Pre-Primary, Primary and secondary Level).
• Conduct Certified Courses Trainings (CPPT and CPT).
• Parents Awareness Workshops regarding education, child psychology, photo memory, learning and development.
• Classroom and School Management trainings.
Monitoring & Evaluation:
• Monitoring and Evaluation of schools to ensure the quality education (Pre-Primary, Primary and Secondary Level)

• Design and develop material for Modern Classroom Setup (MCS) and school setup.

• Reviews and evaluates curricula for use in schools and assists in adaptation to local needs.
