I am a Chartered Accountant with diversified experience in accounting, finance and taxation. My career encompasses roles such as CFO, Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, and Finance Advisor, primarily in remote part-time positions. In these roles, I have been responsible for managing the complete financial and risk management operations of companies, developing financial and operational strategies, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial results, reporting to the Board of Directors, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Additionally, I work as a freelance consultant, providing financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial projections, and business valuation services. I have created comprehensive financial models for numerous startups and established businesses. These models typically include projected profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flow statements, financing schedules, and Cap tables, along with various financial analysis reports for investors.
