Work as a assistant line man and perform all duties related to job i.e Technical and line work.

Work as a recovery agent. Achieve recovery target of the month for three times.
2015 To 2020.
Serve in customer services office in different shifts and perform various duties.
Customer complaint handling and resolve the issue according the SOPs.
Maintain complaint record and forward it to concerned department.
Dispatch technical team to affected area and keep.in touch with them regarding current update.
Coordinate with higher authorities and on ground team during emergency situations along with other stake holders i.e government spoke persons, public representatives, and general public.
Issue duplicate electricity bills to customers.
Extend due date of payment.
Correction of bill regarding over billing or already debited bills.
Keep the record of customer office technical equipment.
Customer pressure handling and satisfy them and erase their wrong perception regarding organization policies.
