My Procurement & Proposal scope consists of the following categories & material:
• Procurement of the Utility Material, Pipe fittings (SS/MS/CS SCH10, 40, 80), Steam, Condensate & General Valves,
• Procurement of HVAC, MEP, Firefighting, ducting, material, Electrification items, PEB & Structure material.
• Procurement of Dairy Pipe fittings, Pumps, Valves, filter, process equipment, Spares,
• Procurement of HP/LP compressor Parts, Installation material, spares, Refrigerant Gases, Piping insulation foam material, Gauges, Sensor, Instruments, Engg workshop and site manufacturing & fabrication material.
• All type of Electrical items, Cables, Trays, DBs, Panels, Conduits, circuit breakers, consumables, Tools
• All type of mechanical tools, welding & fabrication consumables, machinery & equipment, Safety material
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible to source, negotiate & to submit the proposal as per Specification & requirement and Procure the material from both local & overseas Vendors as per Procurement Log and Plan.
• Preparing the Procurement Plan of Project as per Project Execution Schedule. Floating the RFQ to approved vendors to obtain the Offer in order to meet Project Timeline.
• Ensuring the Procurement of all Project material is competitive in prices, meet the technical requirements and the Project Budget.
• Resolving the material Supply, quality, service & invoicing issues with Vendors
• Evaluating the supplier’s commercial and technical Proposals, evaluating Supplier clarification and material specification & delivery is as per Procurement Plan.
• Introducing the new vendors & Switching advance payment to credit,
• Responsible for Implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery & short lead time requirements.
• To remain in contact with Manager & Project Engineers on sites to fulfill their material availability & supply requirement as per Procurement Log.
• To perform sourcing of material and to confirm supplier as our vendor after getting material offers, Technical details, availability status, negotiation & finalizing mutual terms.
• Remaining in contact with managers during Bid, estimating the costs of a project and ensuring that the costs are controlled
• Handling & looking for Multiple project jobs at the same to fulfil site requirements.
• To perform additional Job as Proposal Engineer for EPC jobs which includes (Material estimation from customer drawings and layouts, Material sourcing, technical evaluation, costing, budgeting, Proposal draughting & submission, follow ups to win the Job)

in food, Dairy, & beverage Industries.
 Develop and maintain industrial links through calls, visits, emails etc.
 Develop market intelligence about new and existing projects of prospective clients
 Prepare and offer quotations by acquiring maximum information about project, party and competitors
 Follow up on quotations and use maximum efforts to win the case
 Prepare monthly order status and target report.

a) Design and problem Evaluation of Chiller, Plate Heat Exchanger Pumps and Piping used in Dairy Industry b) HVAC load calculation and design c) Trouble shooting with operation and maintenance team d) Technical presentation making for sales and marketing teams support e) Installation and Cost Estimation of these Equipment f) Dealing with the Equipment used in Milk or Dairy Industry such as Milk Pasteurizer, Homogenizer, Cheese and Yogurt production and milk Separator equipment g) Electro-polishing of Mechanical equipment to reduce roughness for use in Pharmaceutical Industry h) Pumps, Valves and Pipes Selection i) Chemical cleaning or Pickling of Stainless Steel metal sheets and other equipment with Pickling Paste and Spray j) Operation of Boiler k) Inspection of machinery to ensure smooth running of system L) Vigilance of Boiler and Chiller related parameters m) Insulation of heating and chilling related equipment n) Sales and Services of these equipment to the dairy and food industry
