Key Responsibilities:
• Hands-on experience on configuring Cisco Layer-2 and Layer-3 Switches (2960, 3550, 3560, and 3750)
• Hands-on experience on configuring Cisco Routers (1841, 2821, 3750, 3845 and 7200)
• Remote support of on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation
• Responsible for troubleshooting of networking equipment across multiple site
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Setting up Serial and Ethernet Interfaces
• Upgrade Cisco Routers, Switches and Firewall (PIX) IOS using TFTP
• Provide training to staff at the customer location.
