(Operation & Maintenance Manager of 750 Solar Water Desalination Reverse Osmosis plants, Mithi, Tharparkar).
Key role as Engineer-In-charge include
Manage operational and maintenance activities of Reverse Osmosis plant having designed capacity of 10k, 15k, 50k, 75,100k, 1.5MGD & 2MGD.
Supervision of plant startup, shutdown, performance monitoring, emergency handling, fault tracing and troubleshooting.
Coordination and communication with engineers and contractors for construction, amendments and renovation in project/installation.
Evaluation of work assignments and schedules to facilitate proper usage of labor and tools.
Communicate with organization superiors by reporting and meetings.
Troubleshooting and fault finding.
Maintain all industrial plumbing, Submersible pumps (1.5kw to 95m3), High pressure pumps (1.5kw to 30kw), High pressure vessels, Electric panels, Stand by Gensets of capacity (25kva, 100kva, 150kva & 650kva)
Maintain inventory for carrying out maintenance.
