Development & implementation of a comprehensive communication strategy & Monitoring Framework for the project funded by GIZ-Pakistan, "Empowering Small-Scale Vulnerable Farmers Through a Community-Based Drone Project for Climate-Resilient Agriculture", being jointly implemented by MS Worldwide and Rural Aid Pakistan in Distt Nowshera.
Led the development of a web directory (https://financeproviderhub.pk/) for Pakistan's TVET graduates as part of the BMZ-funded TREE TVET project. This comprehensive platform connects graduates with financial institutions and business service providers offering loans, grants, recruitment services, training and professional development opportunities. The directory is further integrated with KPTVETA/NAVTECC web portals for wider reach.
Played a key role in the inception phase of the European Union's third-party monitoring (TPM) project. Led the design and development of a digital platform for tracking 34 EU-funded projects (implemented by diverse organizations like UN agencies, and GIZ), and also developed the project's core framework, including the intervention logic, logframe, stakeholder map, communication plan, and data management system. This comprehensive approach ensured a smooth transition to operational activities.
