Responsibility includes construction of new Retail stations as per the Explosives rules and approved layout plan in accordance with company & Statutory Policy & procedures. It includes maintaining the sales of the existing retail stations in terms of its uninterrupted operations, cleanliness of the signage and ensuring all signage and dispensing unit and other equipment are working without any breakdown. Responsibility includes creation of Purchase Requisition in PM SAP Module after assessing the required work by visiting the site and maintaining the log on CMMS handling preventive maintenance. Directing the concerned contractor for rectification of the problem. Ensuring 100% Compliance of the KPI for closure of complaints wellbefore the TAT. On-site verification of invoices and creating SMO and then processing the same via VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
Job also includes technical bid evaluation for tendered jobs. Ensuring  the preventive services are rendered by the Vendor on timely basis as per terms of contract. Manage plant maintenance processes with deployment of SAP (PM). Develop work plans for maintenance (Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Activities) with necessary information to allow efficient scheduling, assigning and execution of maintenance work. Work closely with Maintenance Team Lead, discipline engineer to ensure Job Plans are complete and accurate. Track & monitor weekly & monthly Maintenance Performance using Maintenance Key Performance Indicator (MKPIs). Identify gaps & suggest measures to ensure improvement after analytical review of MKPI statistics. Conduct backlog management, review outstanding and in process work orders to screen out unjustified work, maintain the manageable quantity of forward work. Review consumed spares status and re-ordering. Facilitate mobilization of external services and work force as required. Assist in closing SAP work orders and attach records, checklist, and certificates in SAP. Ensure required spares, service contractors and street buyers arrive on time and closely follow up with warehouse and SMO. Arrangement of spares/services for daily maintenance and short shutdown activities.

Major Job responsibilities related to Mechanical Engineering were review of Engineering Design, Drawings, and specifications, Tender Documents, BOQs, Cost Estimates, Site Supervision and Quality Assurance, easily work on SAP and Project Management. Well aware of API standards, ASME sections, ASTM, NFPA, OGRA codes and Total standards and statutory Regulations. Handling the day to day project activities, providing overall monitoring to project progress with involved contractors to ensure on project is completed on schedule, in a safe manner, within budget and up to related quality standards. Enforce compliance of the contractor’s safety program to achieve zero accidents. Full perception of contracting mythologies, types of project delivery methods and projects execution procedures. Review technical bids for specific projects and prepare Technical Evaluation Report. Review the plans and specifications for constructability, and construction schedules, milestones. Prepare Cost Estimation for the CAPEX projects. Establish the punch list process and close out procedures and speed up project delivery to stakeholders. Identifying risks/ requirements/ documents needed from owner side that are associated with project activities and reflect them in look-ahead schedules. Supervise execution activities on-site and provides day to day technical leadership to assigned projects. Monitors project performances, identifies improvement opportunities and take actions to mitigate potential risk.

Carried out Schedule and breakdown maintenance of twelve diesels generating sets and the utilities installed in the plant i.e. product pumps, reciprocating compressors, Lube and Fuel Oil separators, fire pumps, water tube boiler, turbochargers etc.; each generator is driven by a Wartsila Diesel engine type 18V38, a 4-stroke, single acting diesel engine with 18 cylinders in Vee, equipped with two turbochargers. Total capacity of the plant is 126MW
