·      Planned, designed and implemented several projects that include machine automation and industrial process automation. Designed HMI and SCADA graphic screens along with dynamics, alarms, trends and reporting.

·      Served as a Service Engineer for debugging and troubleshooting of automation control system in potable water network, waste water treatment plants and oil & gas plant facilities.

·      Provided front line support for assigned Automation System related issues; troubleshoot automation issue and suggest resolutions.

·      Expert level understanding of process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, electrical schematics, Single line diagrams, Communication Network Architecture and engineering best practice guides.

·      Generated and executed several commissioning test plans and protocols ensuring compliance to required regulatory requirements.

·      Provided systems training for end-users after the project completion and the hands on training of PLC based system to operational oriented companies as well.

·      Assisted Project Manager in the several turnkey projects including plans, schedule, conduct and coordinate detailed phases of project execution for an assigned portion of a major project or for the total portion of a moderate scope project and ensure that it is completed on time, within budget and with highest quality.
·      Managed cost margin, project schedule and procurement of equipment to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery with quality within cost. Ensured the cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards.

·      Designed and led the fabrication team to convert mechanical valve into motorized control valve by mounting the electrical actuator on the valves.

·      Planned and performed testing activities as well as lead in the implementation of all required technical solutions.

·      Supervised the installation of Electromagnetic Flow transducers, Level sensors, Pressure transmitters, Motorized valves and PLC Panels,

·      Managed the on-site activities of suppliers and sub-contractors, Worked closely with the Engineering team, Suppliers & Sub-contractors to deliver the assigned duties and responsibilities as per project scope to the satisfaction of the customer.
