Coordination of Training Courses and Workshops.2.1. Training programs offered by the PTVET.2.2. Identifying training courses and workshops offered by approved by Head Office Workforce Skill Plan.2.3. Nominate employees using the consolidated list of training needs and compile the list of nominees.
Traiing programmes outsourced through Supply Chain Management.
Management of Training not COORDINATED by the Human Resource Utilization and Development.
Monitior and Report on Implementation of the Work Place Skill Plan.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Review.
Other Responsibilities Include:
Evaluation and monitoring of different Web protals used for the implementation of data of Staff and Students.
Monitoring of quality working and curriculum of different courses deliver to students in Institutes.
Monitoring the process of admissions and enrollment of students to make sure that Institutes acheive 100% enrollment traget.
Managing different tools and techniques to ensure the quality performance of Admission team.
Responsible of handling Outlook emails and preparing drafts for the response of some \"SENSITIVE EMAILS\".
Monitoring the Admin staff of Director Office and ensuring assigned tasks done on time.
