I aim to improve and impart quality education by introducing need based innovative instructional and pedagogical strategies. Of late, I have performed these functions: assessment of training and professional development needs of teaching and managerial staff of all AKHUWAT Institutions, planning and execution of need based Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Program including follow up, mentoring and troubleshooting support to cater to the wide-ranging needs of teachers, identification and provision of training to the educational managers and coordinators on effective academic and human resource management, developed need based materials, written manuals, delivered ToTs, provided support and worked with other training and development organizations, policy makers, teachers, teacher educators and other practitioners from public and private institutions , suggested Institutional Development Plans for educational organizations, successfully tested and piloted innovative ideas for improving education planning, management and delivery, reviewed any and all training materials and programs under AKHUWAT.
