1. Preparing 1st Quarter Internal Audit Plan
2. Preparing Monthly Internal Audit Plan
3. Preparing Monthly Internal Audit Report of all three Hospitals
4. Preparing 1st Quarter HQD Training Schedule
5. Communicating all of them with the concern draft quality assurance policies and procedures
6 interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
7 evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
8 devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
9 review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
