Responsible for throughout Pakistan BAL branches, warehouses for risk assessment, incident investigation and recommendations

Responsible for documentations for OSH related matters in different companies throughout UAE

•Warehouse working inspections in Lhr, FSD, Sukkur,
•Monitoring & basic awareness provision for use of forklifts,
•Improper stacking of products,
•Making sure proper usage of personal protective equipment,
•Fire Safety equipment’s adequately working.
•Construction site inspections, recording the violations & their CAPA,
•Responsible for the ISO Audits with the Team,
•Ensuring that standards of health & safety and housekeeping are maintained at all times.
•Provision of Fire & Safety basic awareness & demonstration,
•Ensure that board and line managers understand their HSE responsibilities,
•Investigate or arrange for all accidents and near-misses to be investigated, prepare a report on findings and include recommendations to prevent further occurrences,
•Keeping and completing where necessary records of near misses, incidents and accidents and producing statistics for managers,
•Reviewing periodically for compliance and progress.
•Ensuring that line-managers are appropriately trained,
•LUX & DB surveys & applying preventive control throughout the facility.

•Carry out inductions for new employees and conduct regular health and safety meetings.
•Good record keeping of inspections findings and producing reports that suggest improvements
•Monitor adherence practice and ensure statutory requirements are being met with.
•Working with line-manager to develop and implement agreed internal control systems
procedures and solutions.
•When problem areas or poor practices are identified, ensure that agreed corrective actions are fully implemented in a timely manner.
•Maintaining hazard alerts, their follow up with the concern Managers/HODs and keeping its record.
•Prepare HS&E reports and guidance and information when required.
•Availability of Potential Incidents forms on various location of the facility, its follow up on shift basis.
•Maintaining road safety for In & Out roads of the facility.
