o    Ensure quality production according to schedule.
o    Adjust chemical recipes of UPVC according to die & product.
o    Hourly carry out test and procedures to maintain the quality standard.
o    Report substandard product, discuss defect with production supervisor to correct them.
o    Ensure product quality & defect free supply to customer.
o    Maintaining daily records of chemical recipe & machine parameters of extrusion machines.
o    Reporting to C.E.O about weight, thickness, color & gloss etc.
o    Monitoring the overall production process.

o Ensure quality & smoothly production according to schedule.
o Planning and control of manufacturing processes.
o Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
o Development of chemical recipes.
o Making weekly production schedule for Extrusion department.
o Reduce monthly wastage & Forecast consumption of chemical for extrusion department.
o Making monthly production report of Extrusion department.
o Performing inventory of chemical stock on month closing.

o Coordinate with production and maintenance department.
o Arrange necessary spares and parts required for maintenance of machines.
o Assure Preventive maintenance of machines as per SOP.
o Assist design department in new machines design and installation.
o Documentation of maintenance and design activities.
o Make Daily Production Analysis Report (DPR).
o Manage other tasks assigned by the Director.

Production Planning, Trouble Shooting, Quality Control, Material Purchase, Maintenance Planning, Labor Management Stock & Inventory Control.

o Monitoring inventory of chemical stock on month closing.
