概要

Reporting to Dy. Manager Warehouse.
To manage the warehouse operations in the absence of Warehouse Manager.
To maintain receiving, issuance, and distribution operations in all 05 warehouse facilities (Yarn, Chemical, Liner, Consumable, Packaging and Finish Goods Warehouse) with capacity of around 6000 Pallets.
To provide regular progress reports to the Warehouse Manager as and when required.
To work with the Health and Safety Manager and Warehouse Manager to ensure safe working environments for staff and workers of warehouse.
To ensure warehouse housekeeping is to a high standard and that the warehouse is clean, tidy and well organized to aid operations.
Producing regular reports and statistics about inventory on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Producing slow, dead and rejected material reports on monthly basis and follow up for its design.
To ensure all equipment and appliance are in good working condition and raise notification if any maintenance required.
Organize internal Inventory Audit with FIFO on Monthly basis and External Inventory Audit on yearly basis.
Conduct 5'S and safety Audit on monthly basis for all Warehouse Facilities and provide 5'S training to employees on regular basis to maintain 5S standards in warehouse.
