I am CHEMICAL ENGINEER and now working as PROCESS chemist / PROCESS incharge in MSM , I supervise 200 workers in my department, I maintain all the process like Evaporation, Crystallization , Centrifugation , Carbonation, Phosphatation etc and also maintain Ph, temperature, pressure, color, pol, turbidity , Brix, purity and also maintain budget by SAP like Demand, Purchase, issue, Balance, Remaining etc.

Able to perform predictive and root cause analysis of problems and then initiate corrective action.
Knowledge of chemical processing equipment including reactors, heat exchangers, piping, pumps, valves, tanks, scrubbers, meters, etc.
widely information about analyze to PH, T.D.S, hardness and Colors.
Deeply Command in Water Softening Plant.
In dept knowledge about Distillation and columns.
Working closely with process chemists and control engineers to ensure the process plant is set up to provide maximum output levels and efficient running of the production facility.
Deeply knowledge and know to operate about pan automation.
Extensive command about sugar processes and ability to handle trouble shooting.
In depth knowledge of using laboratory tools , equipments.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Good at computer including MS.OFFICE Effective reporting and documentation.



JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintain sugar processes like Evaporation, Carbonation, crystallization, Phosphitation, and centrifugation.
Strongly Manage at all the running parameters and take care for maintaining of optimum parameters.
Manage process such way that no deviation occurs during regular run.
Ensuring that equipment works to its specification and to appropriate capacities.
Co-operate with each of the team member and be a guiding leader in all aspect.
Solve Troubleshoot problems during manufacturing process.
