Assistant Maintenance Engineer (MECHANICAL)
(88 MW) (Diesel & Gas) Power Generation Plant, includes maintenance & operational activities of Niigatta (18V32CLX) Diesel/HFO Engine 5.968 MW & Niigatta (12V32CLX) Diesel/HFO Engine 41 MW. Caterpillar Gas Engine (G3520C) 1.9612 MW, Jenbacher (J620G) 3.14 MW. Involved in all routine maintenance and major overhauling of Engines and auxiliary equipment.
Key Responsibilities
To supervise all deputed tasks for any technical assistance.
To keep a record of all executed task on daily basis.
To inspect, measure all critical measurements involved in the execution of the tasks like web deflection, piston clearances, liner calibration, roughness measurements etc.
To make a graphical maintenance record of equipment for quick review.
To look after/repair tool room items.
To implement safety rules related to tasks and workers.
