Travel domestically to enhance the relation with customers and also to sell all polymer all over the Pakistan. Main agent is TASNEE Petrochemical from Saudi Arabia for Plastic resins and supplies it all over Pakistan. Developed and Organize Marketing Campaign for promotional activities and to increase the sales volume.
Marketing of Silicones Textile emulsions and oils for Textile softener, visit to Textile Mills all over Pakistan and create marketing strategies for upcoming development and researches done in Textiles.
Monitor local sales of Branded or International products related to Polymers and Textile Emulsions; create strategies to market the products in local market and to increase the sales volume and Revenues.
Payment follows up with customers and maintains their ledger in accounts.
Works in Procurement and Development department in the sister concern organization of Polymer Access Pvt Control the process of Purchasing Raw Material systematically; ensure the company to run without shortage of raw material for Production. Maintain record of Purchases and prepare monthly or weekly inventory report for the management entitled to decision making. Also maintain payment and invoice details of purchase of materials. Maintain business relation with supplier professionally. Prepare invoices and bills and ensure the payment.
Web searching of related products as well as on Licensed software. Having complete details of Imports & Exports data. Maintain complete details and knowledge of products in Market scenario.
Deals with International and Domestic suppliers as well as customers via e-mails and phone calls regarding order placement, Letter of Credit, shipment issues and all other matters, expertise in handling of shipping and clearing documents.
Monitor the Sales team and prepare targets as per management terms. Prepare sales report to analyze the sales in a given period and to ensure the sales as per the targets. Maintain the collection records and follow-up.
