Project Management; Obtaining update on different projects of the company and follow-up with suppliers and vendors.
o PHA-Maymar-A Joint Venture with Pakistan Housing Authority
o Project with K-Electric for networking in Gulshan-e-Maymar (Township)
Ensure invoices are completed and send / hand over to allottees.
Payments follow up for allottees.
Produce and analyse daily ,weekly and monthly management reports related to sale/purchase of plots.
Produce and analyse daily ,weekly and monthly management reports related to recovery from allotees.
Facilitate and liaison with Sales & Marketing department for pricing of apartments.
Day to day liaison with allottees and suppliers (Attock Cement Pakistan and HM Cables).
Prepare and review bank reconciliation.
E-Filing and prepare challans.
Investigate purchase requisitions (PRs) and coordinate with concerned personnel to make sure timely resolve of all PRs.
Perform any task given by Management.
