Conduct 100 Pre-audit and Post-audit of all financial transaction.

Arranging and facilitating the visit of donors, partner organization, and the head office teams.
Administrative
• Identify and formulate coordinated approaches on community empowerment.
• Ensures the signing of contracts/ final steps with PPP
• Conducts weekly meetings with PPP on a weekly basis to maintain healthy relationships
• Handles administrative issues (scheduling meetings
• Effectively and efficiently manage all project activities and resources (human, financial, physical material assets, etc)
• Develop annual activities, procurement work plans, budgets based on expected year-end outputs
• Ensures the timely submission of reports and are collected by the DCO
• Ensure close monitoring of activities and disbursements
Operational
• Identifies areas within a population of over 25,000 as a potential site
• Identifies clinics at PPP (Public- private partnerships)/ SF (Social Franchise)
• Conceptualizes, plans and coordinates the basic design of the PPP/ SF project
• Develops partnership with Private Providers gradually
• Promotes and shares information with the relevant staff, internal departments and community by initiating and/or participating in consultative meetings
• Monitors the finalization of PPP with clinic done by the District co-ordinator/ Manager SF
• Reports to the Manager SF for the finalization of PPP
• Makes sure of the exclusivity of affiliation with clinics
• Ensures the free distribution of contraceptive products at clinics
• Coordinates the technical trainings in assistance with AM MDT for SF and OR (Outreach)
• Conducts periodic trainings, reviews and assessments of project implementation
• Confirms the distribution of posters/ branding, stationary, contraceptives, BIN cards etc
• Supervises the validation of vouchers
• Maintains the decorum of the district office
Managerial
• Reviews performance of accredited Private Providers and new providers
• De-accredits underperforming or non-complying Providers
