As the Manager IT - Core Applications at Salaam Takaful Limited, I oversee the core IT systems, focusing on the Takaful Management System (TMS). My responsibilities include:
Providing ongoing support and services for TMS applications.

Debugging and troubleshooting issues within TMS and its reports.
Developing and optimizing TMS services and managing daily tasks based on a module-based approach.
Maintaining and designing reports using Report Builder and Crystal Reports.
Enhancing queries and improving the Data Mart for the data warehouse, following Oracle procedures.
Developing stored procedures and functions.
Managing database backups to ensure data integrity.
Guiding end-users on system changes.
Handling ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management.

As a DLO Engineer my responsibilities is to solve the issues about DLO of SCB (Standard Charter Bank) Staff.
Online support of SCB staff related DLO issues in all SCB Branches of Pakistan.
Prepare the daily basis report of DLO user's backup to DLO server successfully updated which is declare the daily performance of DLO Champ in IT Department
Online support of SCB Staff  to DLO data backup updation in call through remotely access.
Installation of DLO software in user's machine like desktop/laptop.
Proper guide to user about DLO software,what is DLO, how DLO software works etc.
Also handle the some IT related issue to co-ordinate the IT teams of SCB and proper guide the user propblem.

1) My responsibilites as a IT help desk officer to solve the problems of HBL Staff at any how.
2) Provide the online support of HBL staff in all HBL Branches of Pakistan and abroad branches as well.
3) Prepare the report of MPS which is declare the monthly performance of agent in Department
4) Online support of HBL Staff  about IT issues in call through remotely access.
5) Handle the issues of HBL Staff in emails and provide the support in emails.
6) Also handle the Team of IT help desk department in limited period of time to complete the assign task.
