Worked as a IT Support Engineer , I am responsible for administration of Information management of Helpage International in country office , troubleshooting, maintaining IT records.
Major Responsibilities
Responsible for Level 1 Support to users.
Maintained the infrastructure and services related to system.
Taking care of the day-to-day support and troubleshooting of all in house software & Equipment(desktops, laptops, printers, copy machines) at Islamabad office .
Responsible for installing hardware & software applications.
Performing hardware and software maintenance duties.
Perform installation and upgrading of new network and desktop application software’s.
I have to ensure smooth LAN & WAN administration in standard with Helpage International & all daily tasks including backups complete successfully.

Providing support of software installation troubleshooting, ensure all the system have antivirus,maintain WIFI network in a good functional level.
Check all the systems and ensure their maintenance and repair work completed, also administered computer network as per requirement.

NOC ENGINEER November 2013– Feburary 2014

Worked as a NOC Engineer on ZTE(Telenor) sites. Done Swapping of Telenor sites, Alarm verification of pre and post swap activity, Gives detail related to patching of alarms and its monitoring, Hands on experience on Service manager

Duties:
• Check and implement all Work Orders issued by Planning and deployment teams.
• PM And CM Reports.
• NOR Report (Network Outage Reports).
• Fueling Report.
• All Alarm monitoring their escalations to Concerns and Rectification.
• Issue reports for concerning normal or abnormal BSS actions.
Participate in corrective maintenance when ONM teams are not able to do it.

Worked as a BSS Engineer & Transmission on CM-PAK Swap/Expansion, PTCL , Mobilink Mega Project & Rollout .Done Power Swap and handling power related issues on site installation and commissioning of power cube icc 200,500 & 900 its troubleshooting and alarms verification , BTS 3900 Swap its installation and commissioning plus commissioning of RTN series its troubleshooting and alarms verification of Mobilink Mega Project & Rollout .

• Reporting of CMPAK Expansion & Rollout Project.
• Media clearance of CMPAK ROLLOUT.
• Expansions of CM Pak and Mobilink Mega Project.
