Handling customer complaints.
Assisting Management in achieving high sales & beating sales oriented targets.
Managing employees segregating responsibilities among staff.
Maintain, encourage & possess ownership mentality.
Develop & implement employee performance evaluations & improvement plans.
Follow up on regular basis.
Provide exceptional customer service & ensure the employees also provide the same level of services.
Conduct regular staff meetings.

Achievement of monthly assigned sales & margin budgets of the Department.
Planning in store promotions & activities to boost the sales.
Lay out & Plano gram implementation of the Department.
Working on zero & negative stock to maintain optimum stock level in the Department.
Stock ordering & verification of the received stock.
Conducting regular market visits to analyze the trend & making competitor analysis.
Dealing with deliveries & organizing whole shift with team leaders.
Develop & implement employee performance evaluations & improvement plans.
Communicate, execute & manage marketing & merchandising programs.
