1. Materials Management Configuration of MM Processes relevant to Master Data, Procurement, Inventory Management and Mapping G/L accounts. Responsible for Creation of Master data Such as Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchase Info record.
2. Implement and configure new processes as per business needs.

Creating Service Master and Service Entry Sheets. Maintaining configuration on Batch Management for materials at Material Level and Plant level. Providing Training to end users for newly designed processes. Providing solutions for continuous improvement requirements in current business methods. Designing of SOP for Material Creation, Invoice Posting and providing authorization to designated roles. Coordination with Consultants team for dealing with new customizations and explaining ABAPer for customized reports developments. Quality Management Expertise in QM Configuration in Procurement. Creating Quality Inspection Plans and Results recording. Configuring the master data for quality inspection setup. Providing training to end users for quality management postings.

Liaise directly with the power users for continuous improvement requirement.

Providing daily/weekly issues to Head of Department.

Working with ABAP Consultant for customized MM reports.

Inventory management - goods receipt, goods issue, transfer posting, stock transfers.

Maintenance of procurement process involving Purchase Requisition (PR), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Order (PO) generation.

Working on Sub-contracting PO and STO Process.
