I had joined the company as the team leader and i had to lead my team to bring the good sales and to deal with the customers to educate them about our services and later facilitate them with the services we were providing.

Beginning as the Customer Services Representative (CSR), I was tasked to manage team of new recruits and train them. I am responsible for the quality of the services offered to the clients by my team of five CSRs. My team's performance was rated as one of the best consistently for two consecutive quarters.
