- Plumbing : Building/infrastructural plumbing Networks (Public Health), Storm Networks, irrigation network, mist/fog cooling system , Gas supply, swimming pool/spa Designing, Electric/Gas heater, recirculated water heating network,Septic Tank and Gray Water treatment & Recycling system.
Designing standards :
*IBC, NFPA, IPC, UPC, NPC, ASPE, ASTM, OBC and ASME.*
- HVAC-R :
Cooling/heating Load calculation, system analysis & selection e.g VRF, Vapour Absorption/Compression Chillers, AHU's, FCU's, duct sizing and layout, Static Pressure calculation, Parking/Industrial/Domestic & commercial Ventilation system Desiging,HVAC equipment selection, pump calculation & selection, HAP software.
Standards : ASHRAE , ASME, SMACNA.
- Power Distribution / Lighting : Design of Power Distribution / Lighting / Earthing & Lightning Protection / Solar PV systems
- Data /Communication systems of the building
- Fire Alarm Systems / Electronic Safety & Security System
Design Consultancy includes generation of drawing layouts of each service, mapping, hydraulic/cooling-heating load/voltage drop/lux level calculations & designing of pumps, services routings and formulation of Tender Documents( Tender drawings, Engineer’s Estimate, BOQ, Technical Specifications)
