I am an Educational and Management Professional with expertise in leading educational, commercial, financial and GSM institutions and organizations. I have headed Telenor Pakistan's Business Centers for more than nine years. Moreover, I have had the privilege to work in diverse parts of Telenor Pakistan including Center Management, Customer Services, GSM operations, Financial Services, Value Added Services & Cash and Inventory Management.
I have also been responsible for the launch of three Telenor Pakistan Business outlets in Lahore, implementation of all policies, procedures, processes and campaigns including gathering feedback from internal as well as external customers and presented it to the higher management in various analytical and comparative forms, ensuring quality customer services, meeting the sales targets along with high revenue generation in a cost effective way.
These, along with my past professional experiences as HR Professional, Educational expert for O' Levels classes at Lahore Grammar School, Administrator at Ora-Tech Systems and Marketing Coordinator at Computer Graphics & Systems have developed my management, leadership and people's management skills in a way that I was frequently asked to train teams on improving leadership and motivational skills in my department all over Pakistan. I successfully conducted various leadership trainings for the Telenor Directors, Regional Managers, Assistant Managers and Team Leaders for all 30 Telenor Business Centers in Pakistan.
