Implementation of statistical tools of Quality in Daily Routine work.

• Perform daily line side process audit in designated areas.
• Conduct analysis of Line side rejected parts & circulating Analysis report.
• Conduct Inspection of product as per defined Quality Audit plan.
• Conduct testing of product and its parameter as per Control plan.
• If product does not meet any specification in the process authorized to stop process
• Develop and implement proper methods and standardization to control quality defect.
• Plan and execute Quality theme of any top defect for quality process improvement.

Preparation of comprehensive Project Plan with technical objectives.
 Ensure to complete the product development projects within allotted budgets and timelines.
 Support design review and contribute to achievement of Engineering Milestones as well as Customer Program 
Milestones.
 Preparation of project proposal; in order to perceive the project feasibility.
 Analyze product cost and prepare schedule plans for effective implementation of projects.
 Develop methodology to test and measure products.
 Ensure that final products meet customer requirements.
 Preparation of technical presentations for management for project engineering review & update.
 Analyze and troubleshoot product issues in a timely fashion.
 Delivering product specifications and control procedures to the manufacturing team for production purposes.
 Analyzing existing products to identify areas for improvement and updating current documentation.
 Participate in cross-functional teams to execute product development plan.
 Update and maintain document records for all project proposal and associated activities.
 Developing quality control criteria and safety guidelines and ensuring that all team members adhere to them.
