Job Description
1. Produce and maintain documents including reports, letters, correspondence, order forms, and presentations
2. Transcribe hand-written notes and voice recordings
3. Prepare documents, which include digital methods (email) and physical methods (printing, copying, hand delivery, mail, etc.)
4. Maintain files and records
1. Design compensation and benefits packages
2. Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
3. Processing payroll and sending verification emails to employees, reconciling payroll discrepancies and making salary adjustments
4. Develop fair HR polices and ensure employees understanding and comply with them
5. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and developing initiatives for all employees
6. Monitor HR department’s budget
7. Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
8. Measure employee retention and turnover rates
