Planning and developing new operating procedures that can maximize
production, Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving problems related to quality and quantity. Also, Participating in the hiring and training of junior engineers , Initiating and implementing material development process , Acts as liaison between the site molding operations and external customers, vendors and stakeholders , Initiate, investigate and develop new ideas, methods, materials and safety improvements ,Develop new processes, assess and document , Implement and evaluate changes to existing processes designed to improve product quality, productivity and overall equipment efficiency, Perform root cause analysis and work towards resolutions, Provide technical leadership and mentorship to technicians, operators, coordinators and other molding personnel , Trial new tooling and equipment and make modifications as needed to meet quality and production goals , Lead and participate in value added activities for ongoing cost reductions projects , Demonstrated ability to start-up, operate and shut down process related equipment , Must be able to work independently on new process development as well as troubleshooting current production issues.
In My Role I Maintain compliance with environmental rules and regulations in developing plastic products , Perform capacity analysis and cycle time studies & provide responsible support for directional production of line stop situations by reducing the risk of failure of product shipments Also, develop and improve the molding processes to increase yields or reduce costs & Constantly maintain safety
precautions and procedures and maintain a safe and orderly work area , support efforts of the company such as continuous improvement teams, training, reductions projects. Planning and developing new operating procedures that can
