• Preparation, Reporting, Monitoring, and follow-up of project activities and milestones on a proactive basis
• Observations report in accordance with the Contract
• Preparation & assessment of Contractor claims and variations as per Contract agreement
• Identification and resolution of technical queries for maintaining a smooth workflow
• Quantity take-off and scheduling including, BOQ, cost comparatives, etc.
• Verification of Contractor bills and invoices

• Project Planning and Scheduling by using Primavera P6

• Preparation of Rate analysis
• Reconciliation and logging of construction materials

• Quantity take-off and preparation of BBS
• Review and monitoring project schedules and timelines
• Overall QA/QC of works
