Since being promoted to Deputy Manager – Audit & Assurance in RSM Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman, Chartered Accountants , I am responsible for the following;
· Dealing with the senior management at existing/proposed clients, delegating and reviewing the work of supervisors/job in-charge.
· Planning and Review of the Audit Engagements.
· Presenting completed assignments for Partner’s review and finalization.
· Reviewing of accounting and internal control systems and suggesting procedures for their improvements.
· Frequent liaisons with the client at the Planning, Execution and at the time of Finalization of Audit.
Recruitment and selection of trainee students, involving shortlisting of CVs, preparation of written test and conducting interviews for their selection
