o To provide technical support to customers i.e. troubleshooting of no connectivity, intermittent connectivity, slow browsing etc. using CRM portal.
o Support on 24x7x365 bases, coordination with teams for link commissioning, troubleshooting by avoiding delays to restore the links according to SLA that impacts total constancy of customer’s data network.
o Managing Yahsat (Y1-b) satellite services of Ka-band in Pakistan.
o To perform deployment of new VSAT (74 cm, 98 cm and 120 cm) connections along with configuration of single and dual IFL modems.
o Monitoring and troubleshooting of VSAT links.
o Work with vendor in case of issue at central site to ensure 24x7 Network Operation.
o Provide on-call support to engineers for troubleshooting of VSAT and wireless circuits.
o Provide Training regarding installation of VSAT circuits to beginners.
