· Record of Stock in Key tech (software).
· Prepare Daily Sales report.
· Maintain Filing Systems.
· Visits to Banks for Cash Deposit.
· Maintain record of Hiring, Firing & Leave of employees.
· Cash handling of all salesman on large scale.
· Arrange meetings of Customers & vendors with Directors.
· Provide Schedule to vehicles for Purchasing.
· Arrange Foreign Business tours.
· Prepare Payroll of all employees.
· Maintain Record of Commission of all Sales Man.
· Assist In Annual Audit
· Recording of entries in the Software “QUICKBOOK”
· Maintain attendance record of employees.
· Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
· Prepare a Schedule of Interviews & arrange Orientation Sessions.
· Coordination with Newspaper Agency for Job Adds.
· Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data like increments, and deductions.
· Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews
· Maintaining Employee records (soft and hard copies)
· Handling Petty Cash.
· Relationship with Banks for opening individual, JV, Pvt Ltd Firm Bank Accounts.
· Monthly Sales Tax Return.
Manage the department`s telephone center and entertain queries accordingly.
· Delivered Lectures to the Management Sciences Students.
· Involve in all Coordination Matters of the Management Sciences Department with the head of the department & Senior Faculty Coordinator.
