My name is Mukarram Kazim. I am an intermediate from the Korangi Commerce College, Karachi and Certified Medical Transcriptionist. I have done my transcription training course from EfroTrain in 2003. I have also done my EMR basic training from EclinicAssist in 2010 with one year professional EMR working experience.
I have learnt coding and billing from EMRworkforce with six months of working experience. I have additional skills in ICD-9-CM, CPT-4, HCPCS. Done basic business implementation processes in healthcare IT & management.
I have been serving in the field of Diagnostic Medical Transcription for the past EIGHT years. I am proud to work with one of the US largest diagnostic imaging providers. I was the senior QA in Excel Transcriptions, which was an Independent Contractor for Doshi Diagnostics, giving transcription services to Doshi Diagnostics for the past 14 years.
