Walking on a thick line of experiences, I have insidiously developed a passion in the field of management. Which has helped me in civilising my teamwork, communication, management, problem-solving and analytical skills. I always find new ways of contributing which includes adhesively managing the subordinates to decrease lead times, developing new interactive ways to train our vendors and performance reports of the whole central region. Also, side by side working on different projects gave me an edge in learning new dynamics about project management. I use my past and current experiences as a catalyst and they induce determination to overcome all possible challenges.
