. Supervise all aspects of the operations during assigned shift and effectively provide directions to plant operators.
. Ensure plant is operated in a safe, efficient and economical manner, and in compliance with the permit.
. Assisting in troubleshooting and immediate solutions for problems during the operations.
. Assisting department head in all the production activities to meet all quantity and quality targets.
. Ensure reliable operational records are maintained and recorded for historical purposes and to document performance metrics for the plant.
Trainee Engineer
• Developing competency to perform operations and operate assigned equipment’s.
• Maintaining presence on the floor to insure proper techniques are being followed, monitoring yield trends, and critical process parameter trends.
• Coordinating and assisting in execution of process improvement projects.
• Participating in product impact assessments, writing product impact statements.
