I prepare financial models on the application of financial and economic data and perform independent analysis leading to an investment decision for the management and investment committee. I also prepare investment policy (including Investment policy statement) and set investment governance practices of various institutional clients including Pension fund, development fund, and endowment fund. Further, I prepare financial feasibility or review feasibility prepared by others and provide independent opinion to management for investment in various projects. I have also prepared business plans and financial reports in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). I also conduct valuations and risk management of large scale projects performing projections, cash flow analysis, scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis and provide alternate solutions for investment in the project. I also look financial aspects and development planning of donor funded programs including World Bank, Asian Development Bank and JICA. I practice public procurement and ensure partner entities to follow PPRA rules. I lead the business development section as well. I conduct capacity building sessions in multiple areas including financial management, asset management, business planning, public procurement and development planning.
