1) Assist the Resident Engineer Roads in performing the contractual duties on site.
(2) Assist the Resident Engineer Roads in the management and direction of a team of Highway Engineers and Inspectors for the supervision of the construction of the Expressways designs.
(3) Assist the Resident Engineer Roads in reporting on progress, safety and quality control.
(4) Build a trusted relationship with the management team and with the client’s counterpart staff.
(5) Establish an appropriate working relationship with the contractors.
(6) Place an emphasis on safe construction practices (Target Zero) and on maintaining a high quality of construction. Leads by example in driving safe practices on site.
(7) Assist the Resident Engineer Roads in monitoring progress of construction against the schedule, and takes steps to ensure that it is achieved.
(8) Ensure that the project quality control procedures are used for the highway supervision works and monitors it for improvement.
(9) Ensure that the Roads Construction Supervision team members effectively identify, manage and report project risks

(1) Reporting daily to the project manager with regard to work planning, work done, construction materials and machineries.
(2) To coordinate with my surveyors and foremen and plan daily activities.
(3) Liaising with PID, supervisors, planners and the general work force to get the work done.
(4) Planning the work and efficiently organize the work to meet the deadlines.
(5) Liaising with government offices (Saudi electric company, Saudi Telecommunication Company, Saudi water and electric company) to solve problems faced during the execution of the work.
(6) Acting as main technical advisor on the construction site for surveyors and foremen.
(7) Checking of plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
(8) Overseeing the selection and requisition of material.

1) To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and present them to project manager and cost control department.
(2) Supervise surveyors and check their work on daily basis to avoid any errors as the quantity of roadway excavation was huge and critical.
(3) Ensuring the implementation of the blasting design on site through careful supervision to avoid any errors.
(4) Supervision of the blasting procedures along with the technical staff to ensure maximum benefit from the blasting operation.
(5) Analyzed the volumes of cut and fill on weekly basis to achieve maximum output.
(6) Prepare the shop drawing for the box-culverts and prepared bar-bending schedules from the standards provided by the ministry.
(7) Responsible for the preparation of the interim payment requests and getting them approved from consultant.
(8) Supervising all the construction of the structure that consisted of two bridges.
(9) Ensured the maximum supervision from the footing up to the deck-slab to achieve the ultimate quality standards and avoid any technical mistakes.
(10) Supervising the sub-contractor and providing technical assistance to the sub-contractor.
