Look after the overall recruitment and training process to bring on board.
Carry out registration and selection of people based on a pre-set FIFO and other criteria
Fulfill requisitions of all clients by selecting the best people from the pool based on client's requirements
Carry out recruitment of drives on a large scale based on project needs
Carry out basic HSE training of newly inducted employees
Execute requirement and training campaigns including (TTEP, TITP, TAEP, STHP, STEVTA & WDD) for various Projects.
