Responsible for conducting EHS audit and social compliance of subcontractors. Responsible for conducting Induction training and weekly trainings of sub cons. Responsible for monitoring all Lifting activities e.g., crane operation.
Responsible for the management of Environmental compliance at site.
Responsible for ensuring COVID-19 compliance at site.
Responsible for regular observations reporting to senior management and client team.
Design training programs and deliver presentations to provide safety awareness education. Implement procedures, standards, rules, regulations & Guidelines provided by client from time to time.
Implementing monitoring systems and designing monitoring tools.
Developing data collection tools.
Monitoring project activities, outputs and progress towards anticipated results.
Working with data platforms, databases and select technologies to capture and organize data
Manage and support the monitoring and evaluation of INASP’s programmes o Communicate learning for internal and external audiences
Manage M&E work plans and budget and ensure relevant logframe milestones and annual expenditure are achieved.
Coordinate annual planning of M&E work and budget alongside the M&E officer(s), in conjunction with programme teams/
