I started off my professional career as a teacher of English and Math at Crescent Higher Secondary School, Karachi, while I was still completing my studies. After completing my masters in 2011 I gained experience in various fields that include working as a Call Center Administrator, Drug Addict, and Family Counselor, Business Development Executive and currently I am working at Biz Support 365 Pvt. Ltd as a Senior Executive Sales and Support. I believe I have the spark to do better in this profession and that is why I want to gain more experience in customer support.
I am a fluent English speaker and my team leading skills are effective. My interpersonal communication ability is up to the par and I have a firm grip on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. In addition, I am an authoritative and confident speaker and have developed keen problem-solving skills.
