The "Tuberculosis" program was a donor-funded program to support the Government of Pakistan. This program was funded by "The Global Fund", an international donor. My role was to make sure the implementation of this program in my area.
My duties were as follows:
1. Implementation of program activities
2. Conducting meetings with Doctors at their clinics
3. Meeting with identified Patients
4. Pieces of training
5. Follow up with Patients
6. Meetings with Govt. Health Authorities at the District level etc.

The food fortification programme was a five-year programme being implemented by Nutrition International formally known as (the Micronutrient Initiative) all over Pakistan and funded by DFID. Its duties were as follows:
Meeting with district government officials for the smooth implementation of the programme. Coordination with flour mills association. Regular visits to flour mills. Sample collection of fortified products and dispatch it to a relevant desk. Planning and implementation of capacity-building training for flour mill staff, Govt officials and other stakeholders. Spot testing of fortified products etc.
This was the project with the Punjab Education Foundation (PEF). My responsibilities include overseeing the Nine School's performance given by the Government of Punjab to Muslim Hands International. There are nine School Management Committees SMCs in the schools and I conduct meetings with them about School performance and for quality education in the schools. I was involved in HR matters, data management and reporting as well. I have regular visits in the school to check the quality of education in the schools. This job includes (MEAL) working too at the same time. Alhamdulilah, I had done my all assignments on time and didn't give any chance of reminder to the reporting officer.

The monitoring of Five CBOs at a union council level. In that project, we had to enrol out-of-school children in government schools by using the force of trained volunteers. All the targets were achieved in this project. This project was executed in the district of Gujranwala in 2015.
I was selected for the post of Social Organizer in Bunyad Foundation for the project of " Elimination Of Child and Bonded labour" in District Hafizabad. My Job Description was to establish and take care of 40 Non-formal basic education centres in the district of Hafizabad. By the Grace of Allah we all team achieved that set target on time. This shows my dedication towards my work and job as well.
I had completed my master's and was seeking a job at any level. I was selected by the National Internship Programme (NIP) an initiative taken by the Prime Minister of Pakistan for the employment of young jobless graduates.
I entered the market of professionals and started my internship. After observing my abilities towards my work senior management decided to take work from me as a full-time worker. They sent me to the field with my seniors for my professional growth. By using that platform I learned many new things at the ground level that were beneficial to me.
