Additional Responsibility: Heading operations of fire and safety department, monthly safety audits, team management, equipment upkeep, preventive monthly maintenance, monthly equipment inspection, Environmental health and safety, quarterly fire drills.

SURVEILLANCE OFFICER in Control Room with following responsibilities:-
1- Ensuring that the Control Rooms remain secure at all times and that no unauthorized person enters the Control Rooms.
2- Observed 22 outlets at same time to check staff, suspicious activities, staff dealing with customers Etc.
3- Ensuring the surveillance monitors are observed at all times.
4- Ensuring that all the staff were working under the SOP which can provided by company.
5- Observation Huge Camera`s Quantity.
6- Checking recording and monitor CCTV on daily basis & report finding in the shift log Ensure recording/ monitoring/ saving data backup on daily-basis as per the given criteria.
7- Work in Control Room, watch video monitors to ensure that the proper, authorized persons enter the Correctional Center, that the officers in the housing units are secure.
8- Report to South regional head on daily-basis of daily accuracies.
9- Take snaps from online observations then forward to ASM for further action.

Officer are mainly responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents or suspicious behavior and contacting the authorities when necessary.

Report to CCTV IN CHARGE on daily-basis of daily accuracies.
Ensuring Safety & security of the Mall & Tower premises along with Staff & Guest.
Daily maintain ‘Daily Progress Report’ (Log Books) and put-up regularly to the CCTV INCHARGE for perusal/signature & final actions.
Checking recording and monitor CCTV on daily basis & report finding in the shift log Ensure recording/ monitoring/ saving data backup on daily-basis as per the given criteria.
During Handing/Taking over of duties, complete information regarding state of CCTV & Security equipment and incidents.
In case of Bomb threat or fire emergency. Get the immediate security & safety measures, secure the premises and inform concerned authorities as well as the management of Ocean Mall & Tower as given standard.
Forwarding maintenance of Security & CCTV equipment to maintenance Department as per maintenance book let.
To operate and monitor all systems within the Control centre in an efficient manner ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures, legislation and the codes of practice.


To maintain a secure system for providing data in accordance with the regulations set up by the Council and ensure the security of the control room and equipment is maintained at all times.

To maintain the provision of information required by the CCTV Manager and the supervisor to assist the monitoring of the CCTV system and other security systems in accordance with the regulations set up by the Council and the continuity and admissibility of evidential material.
