Being the Internee my responsibilities were;
Manage Accounts
Verification of company,s daily based transactions and records.
Bookeeping
Enter transactions thruogh oracle and excel and raise GRN and match it to
related documents and sent to the finance department for final payment.
Resolve Queries of the Pepsi co. Clients/customers related to their payment and
any other issue.
Report Queries status to the Agro Finance manager and accountant on daily basis and
discuss/provide recommendation if any.
Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations.
