Responsibilities:
Export & Local Production Execution:
• Strong communication with all stake holders before IB Order execution in order to provide complete guidelines to production for IB Order execution.
• Working as part of a team to deliver satisfaction in exports for all countries within remit.
• To receive collate and export paperwork through the relevant systems.
• Administrative skills to complete all required paperwork for the export process.
• Continuously monitor shipments from the point of receipt through to delivery.
• To use great interpersonal and customer care skills to build relationships with clients and answer questions / queries as they arise in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ability to organize and priorities work in a fast-paced targeted environment.
• To escalate any problems as they arise and seek to find solutions.
• Continuously monitor shipments from the point of receipt through to delivery.
• Prepare Export Checklist once confirmed from all stockholders and circulate to production for execution.
• Ensure SAP Exestuation in Local & Export and perform SAP Quality Modules for Batch
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including documentation of compliance checks, approvals, Line Clearance & AQL’s.
• Responsible for ensuring products and activities comply with all relevant export laws, regulations, and policies.
• To Coordinate with Export team for the any Special requirement from Customer end & fulfil to execute down the line in operations.
• To ensure and supervise sampling for any Exhibition and delivered to export team for the participation in exhibition.
• Supervising entire processing as well as finished in both Local & Export.
• To ensure export FG at stuffing stage in container & coordination with warehouse team for container Lince clearance and record all detail of stuffing with country name.
• Releasing, Batch Traceability, QI/Block stock check, Provide RC of SFG and scrap products,
• To Make an inspection plan on new SKU code of against Local & Export.
• Handel any incident of non-compliance, investigate the root cause, and implement corrective actions to preventive future occurrence.
• Perform regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
• Providing training to staff on quality procedures, Tools, standards, and best practices to maintain a culture of quality within the organization.
• Assist Seniors on Investigate customer complaints and concerns regarding product quality and develop solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality assurance activities, including test results, procedures, and corrective actions taken.
• Responsible to review and verified BMR update as per any change within 24 hours of assigned departments.
• Ensure GMP/GHP on Production floor LOBs wise.
• Responsible to monitor IRD Trials and Validation Reports of any change in weight reduction, & Packaging material and publish report accordingly.
• Investigating and identifying the root causes of quality issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Actively participating in efforts to continuously improve the quality management system and overall quality performance.
• Ensure compliance of relevant regulatory standard guidance provided by seniors.
• Provide training to production staff to perform their task keeping guidance of HES Team.
• Monitor and Provide feedback on near miss and potential hazard related to Occupational & Health and Safety Hazard to relevant supervisors.
• Participate in detailed incident investigations, root cause Analysis and training.
