I’m responsible for management of the programs, liaison with network members, strategic partners, donors, stakeholders including parliamentarians. I’m also maintaining collaboration for successful and timely execution of projects across Pakistan. The capacity building of network partners, organizational development from establishment of subsidiaries to expansion is also responsibility. I’m overseeing planning, designing, execution of projects for maintaining quality within given budget and ensuring effective and efficient delivery. I’m also responsible for development of internal and external narrative and analytical reports of projects and resource generation.

I led project with 152 village organizations, 08 local organizations and team of 15 members in Punjab. The project interventions successfully executed through 100 paralegals within given timeline and resources. Collaboration enhanced with government institutions and developed public private partnership for sustainability of project activities. I also developed manual on gender sensitization, referral mechanism and capacitated project and strategic partners and paralegals on legal empowerment and women rights. The donor coordination, narrative report, analytical reports, 02 books of success stories produced. The project was close-out systematically.

The network sketched-out with its overall structure including working mechanism and generated resources. Developed partners and grant management framework along with assessment tools. Conceptualized ideas into programs and effectively executed through collaborative partners. Developed concept notes, proposals, LFA, budgeting, monitoring framework and costed work plan for proposed program and ensured its successful implementation. Established partnership with other stakeholders-relevant government institutions and donors’ agencies for collaboration and integration on mutual goal.

I was responsible for planning, designing, effectively implementation of project with set quality standards through monitoring and evaluation. The project effectively executed with team of 30 professionals, 80 sub-grantees which resulted in formation of 03 civil society networks. 80 organizations strengthened conceptually, programmatically, technically. Designed, planned and delivered trainings for sub-grantees capacity building. Established partnership with government institutions, stakeholders and oversight the financial management of the project grants and ensured the transparency. Developed smooth liaison amongst sub grantees, strategic partners and stakeholders. Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual report for project and donor coordination. The project was smoothly and systematically close-out in targeted areas and sustainability plans of sub-grantees developed and activated.

I accomplished my responsibilities as Project Manager initiating from development of concept note to evaluation and close-out of project. The project resources were carefully and transparently managed while the quality of activities was checked through developed tools and instruments; such as trainings, social action projects, collaborative actions, lesson deliveries, seminars, orientations and youth festival. I led monitoring visits, documentation during project life. The coordination with donor and liaison with stakeholders, collaborative partners and youth associations well maintained. I was also developing monthly, quarterly and project final report for project record and donor.

I was mainly responsible for capacity building of 60-School Teachers and Education Entrepreneurs. I along with my team conducted need assessment survey; based on findings developed training material, tailored the contents responding to need of teachers and project. The training plan and design developed and approved from donor then 02 trainings each one week long conducted for 60 teachers of 12 schools from 2 districts. Bi-quarterly refresher training course also conducted each refresher training was 04 days long. The training narrative and analytical based on pre and post evaluation produced and submitted. Furthermore, the progress of each teachers and school were tracked “monitored” during project life on monthly basis and provided mentoring support to teachers if needed and reports submitted to donor.

My role in this project was mainly for monitoring, evaluation and progress tracking of project activities and partners capacity building. I developed various tools and trained 07 team members for field work. The received data of sub-partners 15 analysed and effective measured taken for further improvements. Mentored 100 youth groups and larger number of social action projects quality ensured. The policy dialogues with political leaders and parliamentarians facilitated. The progress reports and analytical reports produced and submitted to donor agency.

In this project I developed monitoring and evaluation framework ensured its practical implementation during project life for quality assurance. Based on M&E reports developed capacity-building plan, design and deliver trainings. Produced monthly monitoring reports, analyze the reports in terms of problems and actions needed and prepare quarterly consolidated reports. Facilitated National exchange visit and prepared-maintained risk-log.

Provided direction and supported project team in districts to adhere all quality standards during the project Developed project work plan and implemented accordingly. Initiated consistent process of lobbying, constituency building and dissemination of findings of project (in policy dialogues) with stakeholders and built consensus. I was also compiling progress reports; and managed finances of project in consultation with Project Manager.

Carried out stepwise process for mapping and enrolment of young leaders and peers in leadership program; followed by conduction of mobilization sessions, seminars, conferences on youth empowerment. Facilitated young leaders in conceiving and launching social actions projects and provided mentoring support at different stages of the project implementation. Coordinated with counterpart countries for online dialogue, video conferences for swapping ideas and progress. Developed 12 digital stories and promoted voluntarism through formation of 60 youth groups; and ensured implementation of self-resource generated 30 youth led community services projects in targeted areas.

Planned-Designed and executed seminars, conferences on gender mainstreaming. Ensured implementation of project interventions including exchange visit. Explored funding venues, generate the ideas-developed abstracts of proposals
Built linkages with relevant stakeholders and produced reports and compiled annual report of project.

Prepared district team work plans with budget line and lead the district team to ensure the project deliverables effectively. Planned and organized orientations, seminars, peer to peer sessions; engaged 250 youth volunteers and delivered them community development sessions. Developed monthly reports and led district team for the conduction of the project activities at district level. 
I was managing volunteers’ and their overall activities such as planning, organizing dialogues, conferences, arts exhibitions, debates, community trainings at union council level. I was also preparing activity wise report for the district office record and monthly report for the donor. I myself plan-designed and launched 5-community services projects with support of volunteers. During project life formed 02- CCBs and ensured resources for formation of library and skill centre and strengthen coordination mechanism among CCBs, CSOs, Government institutions, media, and other stakeholders.
